• Leakage Current Treatment

When high voltage is applied to both ends of the vacuum interrupter in the breaking state, there will be several microamperes of leakage current with different values. Even the vacuum interrupter of the same type has large individual differences. Especially for the vacuum interrupter installed on the whole machine, due to its peripheral insulating support also has leakage, the sum of these leakage has greater instability and unpredictability, and the value is equivalent to the ionization current of the vacuum interrupter of the order of 10E-4Pa. We use the method of starting high voltage twice, deducting the leakage current, and ensuring the vacuum metering accuracy of the vacuum interrupter, whether it is installed on the whole machine or to be installed.

• Judge the vacuum interrupter with complete air leakage

• PC controls the measurement, calculates the leakage rate, and forms the measurement database

. This part is optional. Through the interface, the tube type, current or vacuum degree, the database used by the setting, by the PC control of the entire measurement process, display the measurement results and the data stored in the whole time of the specified database. After two measurements of the same vacuum interrupter, the leakage rate can be calculated by interface control.

• Built-in measurement curve of almost all vacuum interrupter at home and abroad

For accurate measurement, each vacuum interrupter must have a corresponding calculation curve from the amount of ionized charge to the vacuum degree. • Perfect input protection circuit

When the vacuum degree of the vacuum interrupter is very low, the vacuum interrupter will be broken down by high voltage during measurement, and the instantaneous high voltage will be directly applied to the sampling circuit at the signal input end to make it bear very strong electric impact. The sampling circuit of the signal input terminal of the ZKZ2-S169 adds a complete protection circuit, even if the instrument temporarily works abnormally due to the high voltage impact of the input terminal (restart), it will not cause damage to the circuit part.
